A major developer is actively seeking a strong site manager, to join them on a flagship development in West London to manage the internals of a block. This developer currently has a multi million pound scheme underway in West London, creating new homes. Once completed it will contain over 300 new homes, community park and commercial properties. The development is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats. As site manager, you will be based in a block of up to 60 units. You will oversee your block from first fix through to handover. Your Site Manager Internals duties will include; Managing a whole block from first fix to completion Ensuring HandS is followed out correctly Planning works Resolving any technical issues Reporting into a Senior Site Manager Ensuring the fit out is finished to a high standard To be considered you must; Have a Black or White CSCS and SMSTS Minimum 3 years experience in managing residential fit out, as a site manager Previous experience involved in managing RC Frame blocks on residential schemes from first fix to handover Main contractor/ developer experience Longevity with previous employers This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major development in London as a site manager internals on a freelance contract. ..... full job details .....
