We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in Harpenden working on the Thames Water framework Location: Harpenden, mixture of home and office working along with occasional travel to various sites in the Thames Valley region Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in the commercial management of the project at construction phase. Your day to day will include: Ensure compliance with the project''s procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviewsManage valuations, project cashflow, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress recordsPreparation of monthly cost/ value reports for projects, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members What are we looking for?
