The role: Act as a positive adult role model for the children within our residential homes. Provide a safe and nurturing environment to support, advise and guide our young people to develop social, emotional and physical well-being. The candidate: You will be fully supported to complete a funded Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (if not already completed). Experience of supporting vulnerable children within a residential care environment would be advantageous You will be compassionate, resilient, committed to being a positive role model and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
