Salary: -25,000 basic plus OTE -50,000 to -75,000 per year (uncapped commission)

We are looking for confident and motivated telesales professionals to join our expanding team. You will be working with warm leads only, no cold calling, speaking to customers over the phone and helping them secure the right life insurance policy.

Your day-to-day work will involve calling customers, discussing their needs, advising them on the most suitable policies, recommending the right level of cover and guiding them through the full application process from start to finish. Full training is provided and no previous life insurance experience is required.

You must have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and the confidence to ask questions and listen carefully to the answers. Previous telesales or sales experience is preferred.

We offer a basic salary of -25,000 with realistic on-target earnings between -50,000 and -75,000 per year. Commission is uncapped and paid per live policy.
