Do you have a passion for supporting older people to live independently£ We''re looking for a compassionate and proactive Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of an Extra Care scheme, helping residents feel safe, supported, and part of a thriving community.

Key Responsibilities:
££ Manage the daily operation of the Extra Care scheme
££ Support residents with tenancy plans and new resident inductions
££ Carry out health and safety, fire safety and risk management checks
££ Report repairs and ensure the scheme remains safe and well maintained
££ Work closely with care providers and external agencies
££ Organise activities and encourage social inclusion within the scheme
££ Support resident allocations and maintain accurate records
££ Promote safeguarding and maintain professional boundaries at all times

What We''re Looking For:
£ Experience supporting older people or vulnerable adults
£ Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
£ Experience working with partner agencies and advocating for customers
£ Understanding of safeguarding, risk management and independent living
£ Knowledge of housing management or welfare benefits (desirable)
£ CIH qualification (desirable)
£ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous
