We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contract catering operator for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-profile, flagship site in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, professional kitchen delivering fresh, high-quality food across retail and hospitality services, in a Monday to Friday environment.

Role Details:

• Salary up to andpound;36,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid

This is a busy, fast-paced operation with a strong focus on quality, producing breakfast and lunch service alongside a varied and high-volume hospitality and events programme.

The Role:

Working as part of an established and supportive kitchen team, the successfulandnbsp;Chef de Partieandnbsp; will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring the smooth delivery of all food services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across multiple service streams
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and consistency
• Supporting efficient and timely kitchen service
• Contributing to menu development and innovation
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Promoting a positive and collaborative team environment

About You:

We are seeking a confident and driven Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for food and a strong foundation in fresh food kitchens.

• Minimum of 2 yearsandrsquo; experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Strong craft skills across multiple sections (hot kitchen, larder, pastry advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
