We''re supporting a well-established fit-out contractor in their search for a freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a -9m leisure-sector fit-out project in London. This fast-paced scheme is set to run for 12 months, and they need someone who can start immediately and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractor procurement and packages

• Handling valuations, variations, and cost reporting

• Working closely with the delivery team to ensure commercial control throughout

• Reporting to a Commercial Lead or Commercial Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid background in fit-out, ideally within the leisure or hospitality sectors

• Comfortable working on fast-track projects

• Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills

• Able to start immediately
