Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and developing a sales team
- Delivering growth targets across your designated department/ specialism
- Designing, implementing and executing sales strategies that support various departments and the overall goal of the organisation.
- Using data to collaborate across other departments and stakeholders across the business
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, whilst developing external relationships.
Requirements:
- A strong background in people leadership
- Previous experience in the B2B Manufacturing Industry is Essential
- Excellent relationship-building skills - confident with both commercial and operational stakeholders
- A coachable, growth-minded individual who is adaptable to change
- Previous experience in managing relationships with high profile customers
