We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle. This role focuses on reviewing and refining Synthetic User Monitoring capabilities for Microsoft 365 products using Martello.

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for enhancing monitoring capabilities, engaging with stakeholders and delivering improvements through data-driven insights. You will play a key role in defining requirements and driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine Synthetic User Monitoring for M365 products (Martello)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define technical and business requirements
• Apply business improvement methodologies to optimize processes
• Deliver solutions with a strong focus on data and analytics
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite and integrating other applications.
• ITSM tool experience preferred

Professional Experience:

• Familiarity with GDS (Government Digital Service) frameworks
• Proven ability to elicit and define requirements
• Experience in business improvement processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated delivery experience in data and analytics projects
