They offer bespoke packaging solutions, including e-commerce and retail-ready packaging. They are currently looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager / Sales Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers to drive account growth. The successful candidate will have on a proactive and organised approach to account management, combining strong commercial awareness with excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to online and telephone enquiriesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customersRetain and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure continued profitabilityIdentify customers with growth potential and proactively drive additional sales opportunitiesPrepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations and customer ordersSet up accurate product specifications to ensure orders are produced correctlyApply excellent attention to detail and organisational skills across all tasksLiaise closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of specification, ..... full job details .....
