My client is expanding their team in Chichester and is looking for an Architect with strong Revit skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects across a broad range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on projects through all RIBA stages within a supportive and design-led environment.Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:Support the delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors.Develop creative design proposals and coordinate projects through all RIBA work stages.Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the wider design team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and technical construction information.Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry best practice.Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all stages of project delivery.Resolve design and technical challenges while maintaining design intent.Attend client meetings, site visits and project reviews as required.Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.Requirements for this Architect role:ARB-registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience.Proficiency in Revit essential.Experience delivering UK-based projects across a ..... full job details .....
