About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Finance Assistant to join our busy team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting key financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Managing purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and supplier payments
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks

About You:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Strong understanding of payroll and purchase ledger processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
