Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
