We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our client, a Financial Services firm in the City of London. Your role will be to help ensure the smooth operation of the office. This part-time, office-based role involves working closely with the Office Manager to keep daily operations running efficiently. The position is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys a varied workload, including office coordination, reception tasks, and general administrative support. The role will include: Office Administration Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment in collaboration with the Office Manager. Prepare meeting rooms ahead of bookings, including set-up, clearing, supplies, and refreshments if required. Manage weekly office shopping and replenish supplies such as kitchen items and stationery. Support general office operations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks such as diary management and document formatting. Company Secretarial Support Manage incoming client post, ensuring all correspondence is logged and processed correctly. Forward client post to the relevant parties promptly. Prepare and send outgoing client post. Assist with basic administrative duties related to company secretarial work.
