Regional Projects Engineering Manager (Temp) £350 - £500 Per Day + Bonus and Benefits Location: National (travel required, regular visits to Oxfordshire HQ)Hours: Monday to Friday, Days (flexible when required)The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Regional Projects Manager to lead and inspire a team of 10 Project Managers/Engineers. This role is centred on man-management and leadership, not direct project delivery. You will ensure your team are organised, supported, and delivering projects on time, within agreed SLAs.You will also act as the key customer interface, balancing client expectations with project feasibility.
