Key Responsibilities Manage the complete customer order cycle from order receipt through to delivery, invoicing and payment resolution. Act as the primary contact for customers and the sales team on administrative and supply chain matters. Provide accurate product, order and pricing information to customers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolutions. Maintain customer records and data within SAP. Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements.
