Site Manager - Birmingham

Location: Central Birmingham - parking on offer 

Pay Rate: £240 per day

Duration: 3 weeks

Start Date: Tuesday 15th September

End Date: Friday 2nd October

Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a short-term commercial refurbishment project in Birmingham.

The Project

The project is being carried out within a tenanted office environment, with the client having acquired the adjoining office space. The works will involve creating new meeting rooms and partition walls, alongside M&E alterations and air-conditioning works within the basement.

The Role

We''re looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is comfortable working in a live office environment and willing to get involved where required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience managing commercial refurbishment / Cat B projects
• Experience working in a live/tenanted office environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to muck in and assist with labouring when required
• Knowledge of Procore would be advantageous
• The ability to maintain a professional and presentable site while the surrounding office remains occupied
