Job Title: Carpenter Multi-TradeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Category: Property ServicesLocation: HarrowHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmPay Rate: 23.00 - 24.00 per hourWe have an opportunity for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, working in partnership with Harrow Council and covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt.Responsibilities:Carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, and door/window installations.Completing general maintenance work such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties.Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives. Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.
