FareShare Midlands is looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Fundraising to lead its fundraising strategy and build the sustainable income needed to support its work tackling hunger, food waste and poverty across the Midlands. This is a senior role with responsibility for growing income across trusts and grants, corporate partnerships, individual giving and events, while developing new opportunities through major donor fundraising. You will lead the fundraising team, set direction and priorities, and build the partnerships and relationships needed to deliver long-term growth. Working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO, Finance and Communications teams, you will identify new funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals and pitches, strengthen existing relationships and ensure supporters are well stewarded. You will also play an important role in developing FareShare Midlands'' fundraising infrastructure, including making better use of its database to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
