Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Speaking with customers across various channels such as phone, email and chat
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
• Ensuring you are providing solutions to customers to ensure they have received great service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

• 1 year of previous experience in customer service is required
• Great communication skills, as you will be speaking to a range of people
• Being able to work well in a team and individually
• Being able to multitask is ideal
• Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various channels, including email, phone and chat
