Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Langport. They are looking for Packing Operatives to join a friendly team. Temp - Perm position to start as soon as possible. Main duties include:- Stack trays onto pallets as per customer requirements- Lift and handle trays with an average weight of 22kg per tray- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold storage environment- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment- Assist with general warehouse duties as required Ideal candidates will have the following:-Ability to handle repetitive heavy lifting (up to 22kg per tray)-Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment-Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed-Team player with a good work ethic and reliable attendance-Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training provided Skills:As part of our recruitment process our client offer factory tours most days of the week, so please feel free to get in contact for a general chat about the job and book in for a tour.
