The role offers the opportunity to take commercial ownership of complex, high-value projects and play a key role in driving financial performance and project success.The business delivers technically challenging schemes across earthworks, civils, infrastructure and demolition, including city-centre developments, major transport interfaces, and projects requiring detailed planning and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from pre-contract through to final accountOversee cost control, forecasting, valuations, and financial reporting to ensure commercial targets are metPrepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations, variations, and final accountsManage and mitigate commercial and contractual risk, ensuring compliance with contract termsLead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersWork closely with Project Managers and Directors to provide commercial insight and guidanceProduce accurate monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecastsSupport procurement strategies and subcontractor managementMentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors, promoting ..... full job details .....
