About the Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you''ll help deliver high-quality, person-centred support while leading and supporting the staff team to ensure the service runs safely and effectively.Key responsibilities:Support the day-to-day operation of the service and deputise for the Service Manager when required.Lead by example and support colleagues on shift.Empower customers to achieve their goals, build independence and participate in community activities.Build positive relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals.Ensure compliance with health and social care regulations, policies, audits and record keeping.Support staff training, supervision and quality assurance processes.This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts.
