Our client, a growing professional services company based in London with a headcount of under 200, is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team for 18 monthsThis is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with an initial focus on some key projects Restructures and TUPE. You will need to bring expertise in these areas and then transition into a maternity cover role starting in October, supporting the HR team across a variety of generalist HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects around restructuring and redundancy processes.Provide strategic and operational HR support to management and staff across the business.Advise on HR policy, performance management, employee relations, and talent management.Transition into the role of HR Business Partner covering maternity leave in October.
