The organisation develops technology designed to improve independence, accessibility and quality of life for people. This is an opportunity to work on products that have a meaningful real-world impact while being involved in the complete hardware development lifecycle. You will play a hands-on role in designing, prototyping, testing and supporting electronic products from early concepts through to manufacture. The role combines circuit design, PCB development, embedded firmware, laboratory testing and cross-functional engineering. We are looking for someone with strong practical electronics experience who enjoys solving complex technical problems and taking ownership of designs through to production. KeyResponsibilities: Design digital, analogue, mixed-signal and power electronics for embedded products, including DC-DC conversion and battery management. Develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using tools such as Altium Designer. Develop and debug low-level embedded firmware for Nordic and STM32 platforms, including Zephyr RTOS. Prototype, test and validate hardware and firmware, using laboratory equipment to diagnose and resolve faults.
