We are hiring Support Worker at Resilience Personnel.

Only candidates from Nottingham willing to travel 10-15 miles for shifts are requested to apply. Candidates will be working in Elderly Care Home.

Requirements:-

1. DBS must be in updated service.

2. Moving and Handling practical certificate.

3. Medication Administration practical certificate.-

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with safe mobility around the home (using hoists/wheelchairs if required)

• Administer medication in line with training and care plans

• Support residents with meals and hydration

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Record daily activities and report any changes in condition

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Work as part of a team to ensure quality care delivery
