We’re currently seeking a proactive and dependable Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established team based in Redditch. This role would suit someone with experience in manual or production work who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen interest in engineering or mechanics.

The Role:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery

- Manual assembly and handling of components

- Carrying out basic fault-finding and adjustments

- Performing quality checks on finished products

- Supporting engineers and team leaders to maintain efficient workflow

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing

- Confident using hand tools and machinery

- Mechanically/engineering minded – quick to grasp technical tasks

- Strong attention to detail and a good attitude towards work

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
