Working under the guidance of Senior Supply Chain Managers, this role ensures the integrity of contractual documentation and provides analytical support to business stakeholders. The position is designed to build expertise in contract management while contributing to the Company''s commercial objectives.Specific duties include:Contracts Administration and RecordsMaintain and ensure the integrity of the Contract Management and Change archive, including base and actual values, execution versions, CCN records, and records of additional services procured.Prepare and maintain auditable records of contract value changes, including contract waterfalls.Maintain accurate records of invoice values over time.Performance Monitoring and ReportingSupport the development, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs for contractual performance.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for governance meetings, highlighting the commercial state of supplier relationships.Financial and Analytical SupportProvide analytical support and advice on unit pricing and contract changes to business stakeholders.Manage the Payment and Invoicing ..... full job details .....
