About the Role This role leads the development and delivery of the Spinal Injuries Association s (SIA) training, learning and professional development offer. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of high quality programmes that strengthen the knowledge, skills and confidence of professionals supporting people with spinal cord injury (SCI). Key responsibilities include expanding SIA s existing training offer, creating advanced and tailored learning packages for a range of audiences across health, social care, education, the voluntary sector and wider community partners. Programmes are delivered through flexible formats online, in person and hybrid and adaptable to different organisations CPD requirements.
