Working closely with the farm management team, you will play a key role and contribute to the smooth running of the wider estate. Attention to detail, pride in your work and a proactive mindset are essential.Key responsibilities include:Cultivations, drilling, fertiliser applications and cover-crop managementHarvest operations including combining, carting and trailer workMonitoring and managing grain and potato storesSupporting crop protection and stewardship schemes, with accurate record-keepingSetting up, operating and maintaining irrigation equipmentGeneral estate work such as hedge cutting, fencing, gateways, tracks and drainageMachinery care including daily checks, routine servicing and basic repairsTelehandler and forklift operation, plus occasional local deliveriesCompleting job sheets, timesheets and field recordsWhat We Are Looking ForYou will be an ..... full job details .....
