Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity. Monitor and report any changes in clients'' health or wellbeing to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of care provided and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
