The business is scaling its go-to-market efforts and building a more robust international presence. A dedicated

Finance Manager

is needed to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and build the foundational infrastructure for continued growth.This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments and is motivated by the opportunity to build finance from the ground up.Responsibilities

Own and lead core finance operations , including bookkeeping (Xero), accounting, cash management, and multi-entity financial reporting.Establish and scale financial planning and analysis (FPandA)

processes, including monthly/quarterly reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations

across both UK and US jurisdictions, collaborating with external accountants and advisors.Design and implement scalable financial systems, policies, and controls

to support growth, governance, and audit readiness.Drive process automation and tool adoption

to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.Partner cross-functionally

with Sales, People, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and provide financial insights.Support future fundraising, board reporting, and investor relations

through high-quality financial reporting and modelling.Play a key role in building the internal finance function , including recruiting and mentoring future team members as the company scales.About You

Strong experience in

B2B SaaS , ideally within a

subscription-based business model .Prior exposure to

Series A/B/C-stage

startup environments, with an understanding of the pace and demands of early growth.Demonstrated experience managing

financial operations across both the UK and US .High technical competence in finance

— you’re precise, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. This role requires someone who can operate without a steep learning curve.Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment, and excited to build processes where none yet exist.Able to work from a

London office one day per week
