You will lead their internal software development team and drive innovation across their digital landscape. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop the Product Development Team Define and execute a product and development strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user experience. Champion best practices across DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, impactful digital solutions. Drive the adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies and M365 development tools including Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps. About You 6+ years of hands-on software development experience and 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps practices.
