Here s why you ll love this role Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation, invoices, data entry into the HRIS Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes, including wellbeing and engagement initiatives Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate Here s why you ll be great in this role ..... full job details .....
