Senior Design Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking a new role with a leading Tier 1 main contractor. Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting a long-term client who are actively recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to lead a large new build residential project in central London. The role will report directly to the Design Director and will offer a mix of site and office-based work as well as the option to work flexibly 1 day a week.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

• Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
• Experience in delivering projects in the residential sector
• Experience working with high rise buildings
