We are a multi-site operator with a large supportive admin team comprising of Group Manager, Practice Manager, assistant manager, administrators , 7 reception supervisors and 3 GP leads.Job responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced General Practice Manager to join our robust management team.Main duties will include: training of the staff, compliance work for CQC, ICB, and such like, to keep us ready at any point for any inspection whether that is compliance check from the ICB to CQC inspection.We are looking to grow our list size, we will need your input with marketing and social media postings.We need someone who is willing to help our other PMs within commutable distance as the need arisesPerson Specification

Experience

Experience as a Practice Manager in a GP surgery or similar healthcare settingExperience managing finances, NHS claims (e.g., QOF, Enhanced Services), and budgetsFamiliarity with CQC compliance, policy management, and inspection preparationExperience using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, Docman) and Microsoft OfficeDisclosure and Barring Service Check
