Key Requirements:

- Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice

- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in the residential sector

- Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit

- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

- Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction

- Provide robust technical input throughout the design and delivery stages

- Ensure documentation complies with current building standards and regulations

- Collaborate across teams on residential and commercial projects

- Opportunity to take on project-running and site-based responsibilities
