Location - North Nortamptonshire

To be part of the day-to-day operational management of North Northamptonshire Council''s Repairs and Maintenance Team and Contractors, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function ensuring the Council as a landlord is compliant with its statutory and legal obligations.

Technical qualification and accreditation allowing for the supervision of gas works: The Gas Safety (Installation and use) regulations 1998.

Primarily, we are looking for experienced boiler installers but also to be able to carry out safety checks, service and odd repair

Must hold valid UK driving licence - travel to site
