This is a varied, hands-on role offering the chance to work on interesting technical projects across multiple sectors, both in the UK and internationally. You''ll be part of a supportive, knowledgeable team and will play a key role in turning client enquiries into accurate, commercially sound project estimates. The Role Responding to new enquiries and understanding client requirementsReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentsPreparing accurate cost estimates with input from design, planning and installation teamsAssessing financial, delivery and HandS risks within tendersActing as a key point of contact for clients and contractors during the tender stageAttending meetings (in person and online)Supporting the development of estimating systems and cost librariesAssisting with general sales and marketing activity where needed Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years'' estimating experienceStrong understanding of the estimator''s role and responsibilitiesComfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple projectsAbility to interpret construction or electrical drawings and specificationsHighly organised with excellent time managementClear and confident telephone mannerStrong numeracy and commercial awarenessMarketing ..... full job details .....
