You''ll be involved in ensuring jobs are planned, resourced, and delivered smoothly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities of the Project and Service Coordinator:Coordinate small works projects (£2k-£3k), ensuring labour, materials, and scheduling are in placeOrganise and support the delivery of jobs through to completion on siteAct as backup to the Senior Service Co-ordinator (calls, emails, engineer scheduling) when requiredSupport daily service desk activity during busy periods or absence coverManage onsite stock control, ensuring materials are available for upcoming worksLiaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve job requirementsProcess completed works, supporting invoicing and job costingMaintain accurate records on internal systemsAbout You:Experience in coordination, administration, service desk, operations, or similar roleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksConfident communicator (phone and email)Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learnSome knowledge of stock, materials, or technical ..... full job details .....
