This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise within a well-established, client-focused firm, working on a wide range of commercial property matters. Key Duties Advise clients on commercial property development transactions, including site acquisition, planning, construction, and disposal of completed developments Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on leases, amendments, and terminations Manage investment property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management Advise on specialist property sectors, such as agricultural/rural property, mineral and aggregate extraction, and renewable energy projects About You Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in commercial property law, with experience across development, landlord and tenant, or investment transactions Strong knowledge of UK property law, conveyancing, and commercial real estate regulations Proven experience managing a high-volume caseload and meeting tight deadlines Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to deliver practical advice for clients What''s in it for you Competitive salary Hybrid working options ..... full job details .....
