You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWelcoming the guests to our new FandB outlets and providing efficient, friendly, and professional serviceConveying the hotel''s image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standardsCommunicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guestsPreparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffeesGood knowledge of our productsTake responsibility for your designated section and stationEnsuring that the FandB area remains well stocked at all timesReceiving and processing customers paymentsMaintaining hygienic food service techniques during serviceCleaning and sanitizing tablesTaking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concernsActively selling and promoting hotel facilities and servicesNOTE: The Company reserves the right to amend this job description from time to time to accommodate the requirements of the business and the evolving nature of the role.A bit about you:Be Original

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:Previousexperience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry isrequired.Sense of urgency.Yes, yes, yes mentality.Can do attitude.Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamAdditional Information
