Your new company
Working for a charity-based organisation based in Exmouth.
This role is for 6 months and is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm paying -13.30 per hour.
You must be happy to undertake an enhanced DBS for this role due to the environment (this is paid for by Hays).

Your new role

• To support the team in ensuring residents who are new to the service complete and sign all relevant paperwork in relation to their occupancy, ensuring that residents understand the rights and responsibilities of their licence/tenancy.
• Monitor the progress of all housing benefit claims, whilst ensuring all residents are supported to pay their fees via an Allpay card or Standing Order.
• Quarterly Rent Statements sent to residents.
• Report any repairs through the system.
• Assist with the paperwork when a resident leaves.
• To reconcile all petty cash transactions, process purchase invoices and raise sales invoices.
• To undertake stock control of all cleaning products, health & safety products and stationery and place appropriate orders, where required.
• Any other administrative duties.

What you''ll need to succeed
Strong administration experience
Good customer service experience
Able to commit to the 6 months of the role
Happy to undertake DBS.
Happy to travel to Exeter office once a week.
