Job Description:

• Deliver a broad and engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to individual needs
• Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and play-based learning
• Support social, emotional, and physical development through creative activities
• Work closely with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships
• Collaborate with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
• Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are supported, challenged, and celebrated

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching in an EYFS setting (Reception or Nursery)
• Be a positive and enthusiastic team player with strong classroom management
• Understand child development, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
• Be passionate about early years education, wellbeing, and helping children reach their full potential
