Facilities Project Manager job in Bristol, £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car, 15-month fixed-term contract Your New Company Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading Facilities Management company in the recruitment of a Facilities Project Manager to join their team in Bristol. Your New RoleYou will manage and deliver lifecycle and capital works projects from inception to completion including income-generation work to time and budget, achieving the quality required. You will also collaborate with stakeholders as part of an integrated team including adherence and compliance with both the organisations and the clients'' systems of work. You will manage Life Cycle, Capital Project work including design management, temporary works, estimating, arrange for the ordering of materials and plant, resource planning and implementation of direct labour or contract labour.
