The OpportunityThe successful candidate will provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to multiple lawyers within the firm''s Insurance team, working closely with lawyers, Team Leaders, Business Services and the wider Executive Support function. Duties will include: Manage multiple lawyers, prioritising workloads and delegating effectively to Administrative Assistants, Document Production and other support teamsManage complex diaries and appointmentsMonitor inboxes, manage emails and progress instructionsCoordinate meetings and travel arrangements, including overseas travel, accommodation, rooms and cateringSupport business development activity, including events, client updates, newsletters, legal directory submissions and lawyer biographiesAssist with client and matter inception, including conflict checks, matter risk assessments and liaising with the Central Inception teamSupport financial management and billing, including preparing billing guides, raising draft proformas, preparing client invoices and liaising with the Finance teamRun client ..... full job details .....
