NXTGEN are working with a leading organisation to recruit a Finance Manager into their established finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys a broad and varied role, working closely with senior leadership to provide key financial insights. The successful Finance Manager will also lead a small team, driving process improvements and ensuring strong financial controls across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Produce monthly management accounts, cashflow and debtor analysisOversee payroll, VAT, HMRC, and pension returnsManage annual budgets, forecasts and year-end accounts preparationProvide financial insight, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior managementLead and develop a small finance teamMaintain strong relationships with auditors, pension providers, banks, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financial policies and controls across the organisationWhat We''re Looking For:AAT qualified (or equivalent); fully qualified accountant desirableStrong background in finance, with experience of payroll, VAT, and HMRC returnsProven track record in management accounts, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent IT skills with strong Microsoft Office knowledgeAbility to explain financial detail in a wider business contextStrong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levelsFlexible, detail-focused and able to work on your own initiativeExperience within the charity or public sector would be highly ..... full job details .....
