OverviewDelaware North UK is hiring a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager to join our Match Day team across London stadia sites including Wembley Stadium, London Stadium, and Emirates.The role supports the Profit Protection Manager in delivering event day Profit Protection and Risk and Compliance agendas. Deliver the event day Profit Protection and Compliance agenda and related activities.Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal requirements to ensure a safe environment.Manage security incidents involving Delaware North personnel or operational areas.Conduct revenue and stock variance investigations, and observe kiosk/bar staff and workers to monitor performance.Perform assessment audits on staff within the Team Leader training program, providing feedback and making recommendations for improvement or removal from the program.Qualifications

Experience coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.Excellent communication skills across all staff levels.Knowledge of operational standards and health and safety in catering settings.Management experience in Profit Protection or similar roles, or supervisory experience in catering/hospitality.Understanding of HR employment law.Experience conducting corporate investigation interviews and report writing.Flexible to support mobile working across the UK.Availability for weekend and evening events.Hourly Maximum RateGBP £26.80 per hourWork LocationWork at Wembley Stadium, a premier sports and entertainment venue hosting iconic events like UEFA Women''s Euros 2022 and concerts by Adele, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles, and The Weeknd.
