Finance Manager Rochdale (4 days in office) 65,000 - 75,000 Manufacturing Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a well established international manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering responsibility for the full finance function while managing a small, high-performing team. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you''ll play a key role in financial reporting, business partnering, budgeting, cashflow management and driving continuous improvement across the finance function. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a finance team of 6 direct reports Oversee the end-to-end finance function, ensuring the smooth running of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cashflow management.Take ownership of month-end and year-end processes, delivering accurate and timely reporting to Group.Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including PandL, Balance Sheet, operational reporting and weekly flash reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost centre reviews and business partnering with operational stakeholders.Oversee reconciliations, intercompany transactions, UK and Ireland VAT returns and statutory reporting.Monitor daily cashflow, approve payments and oversee supplier and customer account management.Support pricing and costing analysis, investigating variances and providing commercial insight.Present financial performance to ..... full job details .....
