Role: Learning Coach Location: Cheshire Type: Permanent - Full-time Salary: 28,000 - 31,000 Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Coach to for a a well-established training provider based in Cheshire to support young people aged 16-24 on Study Programmes. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about inclusion, learner development, and supporting young people with additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, and those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The Role As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and progress towards employment or further education. You will provide tailored academic, emotional, and pastoral support while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents/carers, employers, and local authorities to ensure learners receive a high-quality, well-structured programme that supports both personal development and employability outcomes.
